JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our multiple locations. Assists the business in achieving goals through productive and engaged employees. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of this role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO (you may request further detail):

• Participates in development and communication of policies and procedures for the organization
• Organizes employee engagement programs

• Manages employee files by keeping them updated, organized, in compliance with regulations, and maintaining proper confidentiality of the information
• Assists with recruiting and new hire efforts
• Coordinates various HR projects
• Provides administrative support to the HR department

Experience and Skills:

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 1 years’ experience in Human Resources activities such as, staffing, employee development, training, and legal compliance, preferred
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Understands confidentiality policies, employee notification requirements, and other regulatory policies
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Travel as needed

COMPENSATION AND HOURS:
